Teacher – Primrose School of Crystal Falls

Primrose School of Crystal Falls is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. If you have a passion for working with young children and helping them explore, discover, and understand the world around them, we would love to meet you!

About Our School
Primrose School of Crystal Falls is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infancy through elementary school age, focusing on building strong foundations for lifelong learning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise and care for a group of children while ensuring their safety and well-being

  • Follow all Primrose and state licensing regulations related to health, safety, and child care

  • Observe and assess each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis

  • Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedules using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations

  • Maintain an engaging, clean, and organized classroom environment

  • Encourage positive behavior through clear expectations and positive reinforcement

  • Assist with classroom, playground, and common area maintenance

  • Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and school events

  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Primrose Employee Handbook

  • Support the school in additional duties as assigned by leadership

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must meet state and local child care licensing requirements

  • Previous experience as a teacher or assistant teacher in a licensed early childhood program preferred

  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds when assisting children or responding to emergency situations

  • Infant and toddler teachers must be able to safely lift children into and out of cribs
